The apartment is on the first floor and can be reached via the easy external staircase in the enclosed garden or with the lift in the atrium of the building.
It has a double bedroom and another room, separated from the living room by a sliding door, inside which we find a sofa bed for two more people. This is why it is possible to comfortably accommodate four people in total privacy.
The apartment has been recently renovated, the kitchen, sofas and accessories are new, the bathroom with a nice shower is impeccable.
