Beautiful location that was close to Amalfi but away from all the crowds. Great views of the ocean and Torre del Capo di Conca from the large patio. Francesco was very responsive to any questions we had and addressed any issues quickly.

Great location with outstanding panoramic views of Amalfi coastline. Lots of living space, with plenty of outside space including a patio area with sun loungers, separate area with table and chairs to eat outside and another patio outside the master bedroom. Beautiful gardens. Very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. Handy parking just up the road, and close to Sida sud bus stop. We used the app to buy bus tickets which was much easier as not usually able to buy on bus. We used mixture of bus and ferries to get about which worked well and visited Sorrento and Capri. Kept away from taxis as heard they were excessively expensive. We used our rental car to go to Pompeii and Vesuvius which was well worth the trip. Excellent communication about how to access property and provided with everything we needed to know. Always got very quick replies to any questions we asked.

We were welcomed with welcome parcel on table and the home was absolutely perfect for our needs. The rooms were spacious and we had space for three of us. The balcony views are amazing!! Highly recommend here, although a quick bus trip out of Amalfi, it’s worth it for the peace and quiet.. we would re-book next time.

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts —the house is even better in person.

It was located between Amalfi and Positano. A lot of good restaurants near by and two minutes away from bus stop.

Place had beautiful views of the ocean and was equipped with everything needed. Only downside was getting around without a car / scooter, public transport was usually too full and never stopped at the bus stop outside and Taxis were very expensive for a short journey. This is not a reflection of the place though and found our stay very comfortable.

This house is a real gem. Beautifully located, and what a view from one of the terraces. Just stunning. Very private and calm, which is exceptional in this area. The pictures in this ad are great, but nothing compared to reality. The communications with the owner were really smooth, always ready to help you out. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place.

It was a great stay, however kinda away from positanoamalfi, should have scootercar to travel to nearest spots, other than that the property location and surrounding is spot on

We truly enjoyed the lovely house and it’s beautiful scenery and surroundings. Communicating with Smaac was easy and always helpful. Thank you!! At the end of October the close beach restaurants were closed in the evenings, so we ended up eating on three evenings at La Piazza da Nino - a friendly and great family restaurant only 350 steps upwards!!

This place is perfectly & correctly described by owner , exactly the what the property is. Very perfect for small family ( max 4 ) . It's perfect place , close to Amalfi . The view is splendid , and the entire apartment is tastefully done. Will definitely recommend it .

No doubt it was a beautiful view the patios were stunning - However a couple things to keep in mind if you are booking here - We had issues with the wifi over multiple days so if that’s important to you keep in mind (they did have someone come fix it) another thing the shower does not drain very well. Bus stop was right there which was fantastic made the entire island easily accessible, overall not bad!

SMAAC’s property at Conca Dei Marini was a real find! The views are incredible and the location is perfectly situated between Positano and Amalfi. Although the buses did not run for two days while we were there because of fires and a landslide, the house is near an easy, short walk to a SITA Stop. We were able to use a driving service to get around more locally. Restaurants nearby would send shuttles to the house to bring you to their restaurant because of the steep walks up, this was so appreciated! Francesco was helpful and responsive, he even assisted with arranging a boat tour of the coast. This was a great day! The online guide really does have everything you need to know but Francesco was still attentive and kind even when I had overlooked something there! I will look forward to staying here again!

If we had stocked provisions we probably would have never left the house. The views of the mediterranean were amazing. There were showers during the day but the sky was beautiful from the panoramic views we had. The house was perfect and comfortable. Modern, but homie. Probably the best sleep I’ve had in months. We didn’t feel guilty about staying in and just relaxing on the terrace. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of today’s realities. Centrally located and minutes away from all that Amalfi has to offer. We will stay here again!

Fantastic place! Incredible views from several different balconies - in the pictures I thought there were less, from different angles. Great for relaxing, writing a book (what we did), and getting to know the Costiera Amalfitana (also). The host was very responsive, the house was tidy and clean and well equipped.

This place is just astonishing for its view and the very large private garden terraces with beautiful vegetation that will make you feel in a very privileged one to one with the sea. The house is very well equiped overall even if the bed and sofa quality could be better. The agency was very helpful but I could just complain about the check-out time at 10 o clock which is too demanding for such an expensive venue especially given the high price of the cleaning (170€). But well the house was indeed very clean when we arrived. Although quite expensive and not guaranteed, the public parking just few meters above is very convenient given the nightmare that can be Amalfi coast by car.

The house was just what we wanted, beautiful, spacious place with the most magnificent views. Close to restaurants and the beach but away from the busy crowds. SMAAC were the best hosts and kept us informed every step of our stay. Thank you .

If you want to get the most of your money in the Amalfi coast. This location is it The host is a "Super Host". taking care of every detail to make sure your stay in Amalfi is stress free and enjoyable I dint realize how amazing this location was until our stay. Previously, I had stayed in Positano but this place offers the privacy and access to all local towns, and half the cost. The Sita bus is a minute walk and the beach club and delicious restaurants are right across the street. 10min ride to Amalfi and you can ferry anywhereenjoy locally from there. The Emerald Grotto is very close and towns such as Priano and Atrani are all very close. We had an amazing stay and would certainly entertain another visit here

Excellent, quiet and private location with breathtaking views. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Easy access to beaches and food market and restaurants within walking distance - albeit an uphill but pleasant walk. Bus stop only a minute walk from property.

We had an amazing stay here and Francesco was always so helpful and responsive. The apartment was very well appointed and the welcome food pack was so lovely. The location is a bit tricky with buses as they are often full by the time they get to Conca so it can make it hard to get around. Taxis along the whole Amalfi coastare exorbitant. We were charged 30 euros to go 5 minutes from Fiordo de Furore back to Conca but had no choice with a 2 year old in tow and multiple full buses not stopping.
Still no regrets staying here as the apartment and views were so incredible!

Location was good for our purposes. A short walk to the bus stop. For those who like the night life, a little out of the way.

Where do I began ? The home is an oasis along the Amalfi Coast . Beautiful.... peaceful ..... spacious .... with views that are incomparable! The little beach in Conca is a gem with several great restaurants.... and not discovered by the tourists ! The bus and taxi access are very convenient. Francesco was the best .... quick responses any time I texted him and full of suggestions and helpful hints . Not a five star home ... a ten star one!

We enjoyed our stay and the Smaac team were wonderful and responsive. I would recommend it.

Fantastic location with million dollar views. Short walk to the bus stop but don’t take for gospel the schedule. Overall a beautiful place to stay and views to die for. Very very good value for money.

There are not enough stars to give this little gem of a place. It is extremely well situated, with only a few steps to access the property. It has a bus stop right next to the home and a great hotel across the street where you can buy your bus tickets. It is only 10 minutes to Amalfi and about 15 to Positano. The villa is brand new, with the most spectacular view in the entire coast. It was sparkly clean and the hosts provided more than the required amenities, including water, a bottle of wine, pasta and sauce, plus all condiments if you wish to cookhave coffee. We cannot rave enough about this hidden gem. Once you are there, you don't want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this place when traveling to the coast. You will not regret it.

Des terrasses bien meublées et un panorama à couper le souffle vous feront passer un séjour extraordinaire dans cet appartement conforme à sa description : jolie pièce de vie, bien décorée et bien climatisée, chambre principale avec climatisation et literie très confortable, seconde chambre (lit 1 place) sans climatisation ni fenêtre (lumière indirecte non tamisée provenant de la cuisine). L’ensemble est très clair, propre et agréable. Excellente communication avec Francesco, qui nous a très bien renseignés, et prenait de nos nouvelles chaque jour pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien ! Attention au stationnement si vous venez en voiture: le parking public est tout proche, mais souvent complet, pas d’autre possibilité de stationnement libre à proximité. Demander au personnel de l’hôtel en contrebas (très sympathique) si une place est disponible dans leur parking (prix tout à fait raisonnable). Aucun commerce à proximité, comptez 20 minutes (aller) en voiture pour le moindre achat.

Great location, Close to the beach and close to the bus stop. The view is beautiful. The air-conditioning was great. It felt very safe. There was no hot water in the shower and there were ants in the house. Other than that, the stay was great

This was a cute cottage near the sea! Great views and enough space for a small family. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and the place had many cute photo spots. Only downside is that it was very difficult and expensive to get to amalfi and positano and there were no grocery stores in walking distance which made it difficult to grab things like water and snacks. There are restaurants nearby but very limited takeout options and no delivery in the area.

É stata un’esperienza straordinaria. La villa è semplicemente perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. Pulizia: Ogni angolo della villa era impeccabilmente pulito. Comodità: La villa offre un comfort eccezionale. Gli arredi sono di alta qualità e ben curati, i letti sono estremamente comodi e le stanze sono spaziose e ben illuminate. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per preparare pasti deliziosi, rendendo facile sentirsi a casa. Vista: La vista dalla villa è semplicemente spettacolare. Ogni mattina ci si sveglia con la meravigliosa vista sul mare, che si estende all’orizzonte. Le ampie finestre e la terrazza offrono panorami mozzafiato che rendono ogni momento speciale, sia che si tratti di colazione, pranzo o cena. Posizione: Conca dei Marini è una località incantevole e tranquilla, lontana dalla confusione turistica, ma comunque vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni della Costiera Amalfitana. La villa è situata in una posizione ideale per esplorare i dintorni e offre un accesso facile e veloce alle meravigliose spiagge della zona. In conclusione, questa villa a Conca dei Marini è il luogo ideale per chi cerca una fuga rilassante con tutti i comfort necessari. La combinazione di pulizia, comodità e una vista spettacolare sul mare crea un’esperienza indimenticabile. Consiglio vivamente questa villa a chiunque desideri vivere il meglio della Costiera Amalfitana.

Depuis les préparatifs de l'arrivée jusqu'à notre départ, tout s'est déroulé parfaitement. Stefano a été d'une très grande aide. Le logement était très propre et très bien agencé. Situé dans une partie calme de la cote amalfitaine, il était tout de même très facile d'accéder rapidement aux sites les plus touristiques. La vue du logement était fabuleuse. Nous avons très envie d'y retourner.

We stayed at this place for a week and we wished we stayed more. It had a great location between Amalfi and Positano, so we were driving anywhere we wanted by car. The villa had an amazing terrace and a direct view of the sea, much better than any other villas in the area. The house was newly furnished and was sparkling clean. The hosts were such nice people - they left welcome food and drinks for us, explained everything and helped with any of our requests. Such nice people! Would definitely stay more here.
