Charming and original apartment just a few steps from the renowned Navigli district.
The accommodation, measuring approximately 45 square metres, is located on the ground floor and has a delightful private garden, equipped and fenced.
You will be welcomed by a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen area with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and moka pot, as well as all the utensils you need to prepare a delicious lunch or informal dinner.
There is a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Small samples of shower gel and shampoo are also provided free of charge.
The bedroom is located on a comfortable, safe and functional mezzanine, with direct access via an iron staircase.
You will find a comfortable double bed and ample space for storing your clothes and luggage.
On the ground floor, there is a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, suitable for a single person.
