The two bathrooms are served by a new ecological boiler: the first has a bathtub, perfect for a relaxing bath or to pamper the little ones, while the second is equipped with a practical shower and a washing machine. Clothes rack and iron are available to guests for a look always flawless.
The kitchen, spacious and with access to the balcony, is fully equipped: equipped with utensils, tablecloths, moka and all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Accessibility: The centre is easily accessible by the convenient bus number 11 or by bicycle, taking advantage of the many cycle paths in Modena. The Modena Nord toll booth is only ten minutes away by car and there are two free parking spaces around the apartment.
