The terrace is equipped with tables and chairs useful for eating out (highly recommended) thus having the opportunity to admire unforgettable sunsets, and obviously using it as a solarium.
We have reserved a corner for any smart working, with a folding table in the living room area.
Another added value of the apartment is the reserved parking space, accessed along the driveway in front of the house, is 30m away, very convenient given the difficulty of parking in the area, especially during high season.
The location of the apartment is strategic because we are really a stone's throw from Recco and 5 minutes walk from Camogli, also just below the house you can find a large Gulliver Supermarket, as well as the bar / tobacconist.
For lovers of the sea and comfort, very close to the apartment there are stairs leading to the sea where you can find an uncrowded cove.

Entire apartment with dual independent entrances and a large, livable garden, just minutes from the town center and a ten-minute walk from the sea.

Inside, the apartment is divided into a living area with a kitchen, dining table, living room, and a double sofa.

GUESTS MUST STRICTLY ADHERE TO THE CHECK-IN TIMES, WHICH MUST BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE.

No cats – No two dogs – Only upon request: one medium-small dog.

The outdoor area features a planted garden with a relaxation space including a bench. In front of the entrance, there is a dining area with a table, chairs, and a sunshade, allowing you to enjoy meals surrounded by greenery.

Upon check-in, you will be welcomed by a staff member; we kindly ask you to arrange your arrival time a few days in advance. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to an additional fee.

Upon request, the house can also be rented for longer stays.

Guests have access to the equipped veranda for dining and the spacious private garden, accessible via two separate entrances.

Please respect the space provided. At the end of your stay, always dispose of the trash and do not leave dirty dishes or kitchenware unwashed.
