The newly renovated 60 sqm apartment is located in a large living area where you can live in relaxation watching Smart TV or reading a good book, with an opening in the dining and kitchen area welcomes you for convivial moments where you can enjoy a good Italian coffee while having breakfast and where you can prepare excellent lunches and dinners to share with your friends or family, in the spacious bathroom a relaxing shower awaits you after having spent a pleasant day at the beach or a simple walk in our Ligurian villages, last but not least the double bedroom very bright with balcony facing south then direction of the sea and pedestrian area, with comfortable bed and 4-door wardrobe.
It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people with 2 beds in the master bedroom and 2 beds using the comfortable sofa bed, therefore ideal for a couple, family with 2 children or two couples.
