Located on the top floor, the Calandra 9 attic offers a unique and comfortable stay. Just a few steps from Parco del Valentino, this accommodation is ideal for 2 people.
The main room is equipped with: a comfortable bed prepared with sheets and duvet, 32" Smart TV, dining/work table, two-door wardrobe, two bedside tables, iron and ironing board, and two comfortable armchairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: induction hob, washing machine, refrigerator, electric fryer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, and kitchen utensils. We also provide a cleaning welcome kit.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, towels, hairdryer, and an initial courtesy set (shower gel, hand soap, and toilet paper).
The apartment features Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning, and a first aid kit.
