Spacious and bright apartment just 1 km from the beautiful Piazza Ducale.
The building is located on the first floor of a recently built small building, on a quiet and reserved residential street.
It will welcome you with a spacious living room equipped with a modern and functional open-plan kitchen, provided with everything necessary to make your stay feel like home; refrigerator with freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle.
Also available is a washing machine in the laundry room; an ironing board and an iron, together with a clothes horse, complete the room.
In the living room, a comfortable double sofa bed, relaxation area and smart TV overlooking a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs and surrounded by plants and flowers. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
The view of the bell tower of the Church of the Blessed Virgin of Sorrows will accompany you to sip a coffee or an aperitif in the evening hour.
Two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and the other with two single bunk beds suitable for adults. In this room, a convenient two-door wardrobe is also available.
Two bathrooms, one with direct access from the master bedroom, both with shower and bidet, equipped with a hairdryer. Linen is provided, for a fee.
Air conditioning throughout the accommodation and free Wi-Fi.
In the vicinity, you will find shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, ice cream parlours, bars, bakeries, and restaurants. I am available for suggestions!
On foot, you can reach the historic centre of Vigevano, visit the Bramante Tower and enjoy a spectacular 360-degree view of the entire city, or take a walk to the Sforza Castle with its wonderful medieval covered street and visit the Cathedral, in all its beauty.
Numerous museums to visit as well, first and foremost the Shoe Museum!
The nearest hospital is 5 minutes by car, as is the railway station, exactly 2.4 km away, reachable by a bus line just a few steps from the accommodation.
