The farmhouse is free on 4 sides, fully fenced, equipped with a large garden, outdoor barbecue and pizza oven, independent entrance with a terrace all on a raised floor, living room with dining area and fireplace, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, one with a mezzanine with a single bed, 1 full bathroom and 1 service bathroom.
The Casale Mugello is located about 30 km from Florence. It is a few minutes by car from the Mugello Circuit (7 km), from the centre of the Medieval Village of Scarperia (6 km), from the Poggio dei Medici Golf Course (11 km), from the railway station (11 km), from the McArthur Glen Outlet in Barberino di Mugello (20 km) and from Lake Bilancino (10 km) where water sports can be practised, and can be the ideal base for carrying out many typical and characteristic experiences of our Lands, such as trekking, mountain bike and road bike trips, horse riding, tours to visit Florence, track rides at the Mugello Autodrome and paddock experience, Fiat 500 tour in Mugello, food and wine routes, surfing and sailing at Lake Bilancino, Figliano airfield flight.
